Packing Orders
Our warehouse teams are monitoring the health of their workers closely, premises are disinfected daily, workers are strictly adhering to hygiene guidelines and only handling your products with safety gloves.
Delivery
Our couriers are also taking all necessary measures to minimise risks whilst maintaining service levels. This includes, leaving parcels in a safe place, if you do not have a secure waterproof location, please advise us by email or notify the courier. Drivers will avoid contact with customers by knocking and waiting at a safe distance and taking names rather than signatures to ensure your parcel is received.
UK: We are operating on our 3-5 day delivery schedule and trying to avoid any disruption to our normal service but please bear with us if you experience slight delays.
International: International delivery timeframes may vary dependent on the lockdown restrictions in the delivery country. If there are any delays to our 5-7 day delivery schedule we will advise you accordingly.
Returns
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your UB purchase so you can enjoy it for years to come. If you need to return an item for any reason, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will work with you to make the process as simple as possible so you don’t have to leave your home unnecessarily.
