We believe there is HOPE for a better world free of racism and inequality.
Uzma Bozai was founded to support artisan communities in India in sharing their skills with the world. We have always believed that the way to make hope a reality for people of colour is by taking action, educating ourselves and society to make long lasting systemic change. Our hearts have been moved by everything that has happened to the Black community and people of colour – and we knew that we had to take action now. So we are proud to support SARI – Stand Against Racism and Inequality – with the launch of our new HOPE sweatshirt. SARI provide support for victims of hate crime, including those subjected to racist attacks, and engages with businesses and organisations to provide equality training and education.
Wear a symbol of hope and show your support to the #blacklivesmatter campaign
100% of profits from the HOPE sweatshirt will be donated to SARI.
Just so you know… We’re committed to making our fashion do good so you can feel good every time you wear an Uzma Bozai sweatshirt! These hand-embellished garments give back to communities and support the ‘Karigars’, with fair wages, adequate employment rights and safe working conditions.
