Refund policy

We hope you adore your Uzma Bozai piece, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to make things seamless.

You can request a refund, exchange, or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 30 days, in their original condition — unworn, with all tags attached. Your statutory rights are not affected.

🔎 Please note:
· For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
· Personalised and made-to-order pieces are crafted just for you and are non-cancellable and non-returnable once your order is confirmed and paid for.


How to Return Your Order

We’ve kept it simple:

1. Request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) by emailing us at info@uzmabozai.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Ensure the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
3. Use a tracked postal service to return your parcel.
UK returns: Tracked shipping to be arranged and paid by the customer.
International returns: Tracked and insured shipping must be arranged by the customer.

🚚 For your peace of mind, we recommend using a service that offers proof of delivery and insurance. Uzma Bozai cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.


Repairs & Faults

Every Uzma Bozai piece is hand-produced, with soul and story stitched into every thread. As such, natural variations and subtle imperfections are a part of its character — not flaws, but a reminder of its artisan journey.

If your item develops a genuine fault within 3 months of delivery, we’ll take care of it through our Repair & Rewear service.

🧵 If you believe your item is faulty, please email us to request a Returns Authorisation Number and mention that it’s a fault-related issue.

Please note that damage from general wear and tear or misuse won’t be considered a fault.


Refunds

Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

· Refunds go back to your original payment method.

· Customs duties and sales taxes (for EU and international orders) are non-refundable.

· Late returns or returns not meeting our policy may incur a recovery fee.


A Few Final Things

We can’t accept returns of any items that have been worn or had tags removed.

All returns are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive safely with us.

Be sure to return via a tracked and insured carrier.
